In fact, less than half my “optimistic” estimate actually died. A tragedy for sure, but no where near where the ambulance chasers put it.

I am holding out hope that he used the “D” word as a head fake, much in the same way things went down with Edith Clement on the day of Roberts’ nomination. I still wish, however, that he wouldn’t validate the concept by profanely invoking it in public.
